Signs and Synchronicities

Exploring Meaning, Pattern & Perspective

Have you ever experienced a moment that felt like more than coincidence?

A song lyric at just the right time.
A repeated symbol such as noticing the time at 11:11 or other double numbers.
A message or phone call that seemed to arrive exactly when you needed it.

This three-part series invites you to explore how meaning, attention, and narrative shape the way we experience the world.

Rather than asking you to “believe” anything, this course encourages curiosity — and offers practical ways to reflect on the patterns and perspectives that influence your daily life.

Session 1: Introduction to Symbol & Card-Based Reflection

An introduction to reflective tools such as Tarot, Dream, and Animal card decks.

We will explore:

  • The history and cultural presence of symbolic card systems

  • Why these tools appear so often in film and popular culture

  • How symbols can act as prompts for insight and self-reflection

Curiosity and openness are all that’s required as we engage with the cards in a thoughtful and light-hearted way.

Session 2: The World as a Mirror

What if the world around you could serve as a reflective surface?
What changes when we pause for intentional awareness through our day?

We’ll explore how everyday experiences — books, music, repeated images, even license plates — can become prompts for insight, shift perspective and open new possibilities for problem-solving and reflection.

This session focuses on:

  • Attention and awareness

  • Shifting Perspective and moving beyond the ‘spin’

  • Reframing everyday experiences for insight

Session 3: The Stories We Tell Ourselves

Our internal narrative shapes how we interpret events.

In this session we explore:

  • How our personal stories can influence outcomes

  • Morning intention-setting practices

  • The role of language in shaping experience

  • The Hawaiian practice of Ho’oponopono as a lens for reframing

We approach these topics thoughtfully — inviting exploration rather than prescribing belief — and how meaning-making impacts daily life.

Why This Matters

When we pause and examine how we interpret events, we gain choice.

Choice in our reactions.
Choice in our perspective.
Choice in how we move forward.

A Thoughtful Invitation

This course is for those who are curious, enjoy reflection, conversation, and exploring perspective in a grounded and engaging environment.

No prior experience is needed.
Skepticism is welcome.
Curiosity is always encouraged.
