We'll explore hands-on strategies together (participation by choice) that emphasize perspective and problem solving, on our way to becoming the authentic, best version of ourselves. Each session includes stress management techniques and blends self-care with insight and compassion.

Are you frustrated with doing the same thing over and over again and hoping for a different outcome? Based on decades of experience teaching this material, this course is designed to include activities that focus on stress reduction, perspective and decision making. Activities are hands on and meant to be quick and quiet, which means they can be used throughout your day to help with stress management as well. 

In addition, each session also includes evidence-based techniques that allow us to look at our individual situations through different lenses, while offering strategies to help problem solve and/or look at challenges in a new light.  We’ll explore dealing with change/fear, perspective, decision making and more.

Challenge and change are constants, especially now.  Having the skills and strategies to engage and empower you towards building self resilience are not only important, they allow us to move forward, as the best version of ourselves.

Sessions occur once per week, online, for a total of 6 weeks to create and build a foundation of knowledge, skills and action.

Topics include skills & strategies to deal with change, fear, perspective and decision making.
Then we’ll go deeper with Growth vs Fixed Mindsets, Multiple Intelligence and more.
